In partnership with Everyone Matters, a global media campaign to reduce intolerance, the Best Short Film Winner of 2012 Felix Thompson was awarded a one-on-one meeting with acclaimed Producer Stephen Nemeth from the Academy-Award Nominated The Sessions (starring John Hawkes, Helen Hunt, William H. Macy, and Moon Bloodgood). Katra Film Series launched in the Summer of 2012 and has grown into one of the most premier short film showcases in NYC. Every month we screen a selection of short films by up-and-coming and established filmmakers living, studying or working in NYC and provide a great networking platform for industry professionals.
