In partnership with Everyone Matters and Rhino Films, the 2013 Grand Prix Winner will be awarded a one-on-one meeting with acclaimed Producer Stephen Nemeth from the Academy-Award Nominated The Sessions and Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.
Katra Film Series launched in the Summer of 2012 and has grown into one of the most premier short film showcases in NYC. Every month we screen a selection of quality short films by up-and-coming and established filmmakers living, studying or working in NYC, and provide a great networking platform for industry professionals.

We’re looking for quality short films no longer than 15 minutes in length. We’ll make exceptions if the film is really good. Music Videos, short docs, visual art, experimental, animations are welcome!
