The audience will vote for one film and the winner will receive a prize from Seed&Spark and move on to the 2nd round competition in July.

Launched in the Summer of 2012, Katra Film Series screens a selection of quality short films every month by emerging and award-winning filmmakers living, studying or working in NYC, and provides a great networking platform for industry professionals.
In partnership with Everyone Matters and Rhino Films the 2014 Grand Prize Winner will be awarded a one-on-one meeting with acclaimed Producer Stephen Nemeth from the Academy-Award Nominated The Sessions and Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.

We’re looking for quality short films no longer than 15 minutes in length. However, we do make exceptions based on quality. Music Videos, short docs, visual art, experimental, animations are welcome!
