About the organizations of our guest speakers:

Greenwich Entertainment, founded in 2017, is an independent film distribution company specializing in distinctive, theatrical-quality narrative and documentary features. The company recently released Jimmy Chin and Chai Vasarhelyi’s Academy Award-Winning Documentary Free Solo, which grossed over $17M at the US box office, and Andrew Slater’s Echo in the Canyon, which opened to the highest per-theater-average of any documentary in 2019. Other recent releases include Isabel Coixet’s The Bookshop, Matt Tyrnauer’s Scotty and the Secret History of Hollywood, and Madeleine Olnek’s Wild Nights with Emily starring Molly Shannon. Upcoming releases include Linda Ronstadt: The Sound of My Voice. Greenwich is led by an experienced management team that has overseen more than 150 theatrical releases generating over $100 million at the US box office and garnering 8 Oscar Nominations.

Founded in 2018, Bowery Film Festival ’s mission is to promote films and videos that further the art of storytelling by championing the work of writers, filmmakers, and all artists who use visual language to tell stories. We showcase films that dissent radically in form, technique, or content from the mainstream and present adventurous works that challenge commercial and audience expectations.

The 30 Under 30 Film Festival aims to discover emerging storytellers and give them the opportunity to present their fresh perspectives to audiences in New York City & across the World. We believe in using film to inspire social change & connect creatives for a more sustainable future. We are a resource for discovery.

Katra Film Series is dedicated to discovery, exhibition and promotion of quality emerging cinema, providing a platform for independent filmmakers to showcase their work in front of a live audience and to network with likeminded industry professionals. Every season we curate a selection of quality films, web series and digital works where the audience votes for one project to advance to the final rounds. Regardless of who wins each season all works will be considered for the Year-End Grand Finale Event where the top works will compete for over 30K in prizes at the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema in Brooklyn, NY.
